The plot is located towards the south and east side of Corfu, in the picturesque part of the island between Messongi and Boukari and close to the picturesque traditional settlement of Chlomos at a distance of about 2 km, while it is about 23 km from the city of Corfu. It has a distance from the sea (Kotsakia settlement) in a straight line of 375 m and by road 1,000 m, while it is located at an altitude of 80 m from the sea.

The distance from the settlement of Messongi and from the settlement of Boukaris is approximately 2 km respectively. Messongi is almost in contact with Moraitika and they are two of the most well-known and organized tourist destinations of Corfu.

There you can find, in addition to tourist accommodation, supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and a bank ATM. Accordingly, Boukari is one of the most picturesque small fishing villages of the island, with well-known and good fish taverns, as well as a small port. Also, further on and 1 km after Boukari is the well-known fishing village of Petritis, in the small harbor of which trawlers moor, supplying the fish taverns of the settlement and the area with fresh fish.
